Describe the revenue engine
Explain in a few sentences what the company sells, who pays and why customers return. Identify major segments and concentrations. Use the annual filing and investor materials, keeping promotional language separate from reported financial information.
Track the cash requirements
A growing business can consume cash. Review working capital, capital spending, debt and share issuance. Ask which costs rise with revenue and which investments are necessary to stay competitive.
Write a testable question
Replace a vague story like “AI will grow” with a question about customer adoption, unit economics or competition. List the filing, metric and next update that could help answer it. Research should make uncertainty more specific.
